As I mentioned in my last post, the three weeks I spent on the road taught me many lessons. In this video I talk about a couple of these including the relationship between transient thoughts during meditation and the passing vistas viewed from my sleeper car.
The other is the lesson about being open with new people. This is something I don’t always engage in as I’m very much an introvert. However, in the process of making new friends, I learned that it’s important to remain open to new interactions and even seeing the occasional nesting eagle.
The light and scenery was so spectacular that my red eyes are a result of limited sleep and the brightness of the light reflected off the snowy landscape.
